("Baeseek," "we," "us," or the "Company") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your personal information when you access or use the baeseek.ai website, web-based products, registration and login pages, AI features, subscription services, content generation services, and other website services we may offer from time to time (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not register, log in, purchase, or use the Services. By accessing, registering for, logging into, checking an acceptance box, clicking "Sign Up," "Log In," "Continue," "Purchase," "Subscribe," or similar buttons, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand we will process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Baeseek Terms of Service.

  3. **Subscription and transaction information:** Purchased items, plan type, subscription status, order numbers, transaction IDs, payment status, refund status, chargeback or payment dispute information, tax or billing-related information, payment channel, promotional or discount usage, quota consumption, and benefit records. We generally do not directly store full credit card numbers or payment account passwords.
  4. **Support and communications:** Emails, questions, complaints, survey responses, customer service records, deletion requests, and other communications you send to us.

3. AI Processing and User Content

3.1 To provide AI features, we may send your inputs, User Content, context, settings, screenshots, images, or related metadata to our systems, cloud services, AI model providers, or other service providers for processing.

3.2 AI features may involve automated analysis and generation. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your context. You must independently review and decide whether to use it.

3.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use User Content, AI output, feedback, and usage data for testing, evaluation, debugging, quality improvement, security protection, abuse detection, and model and product improvement. We take reasonable measures depending on the context, such as access controls, de-identification, aggregation, log isolation, or contractual restrictions with service providers.

3.4 Do not submit to the Services information you are not authorized to provide, or sensitive information, third-party private information, confidential information, intimate content, minor-related information, government identity documents, full payment information, health information, or other highly sensitive information you do not wish to be processed. By submitting such information, you represent that you have the necessary rights and consent and understand that we will process it in accordance with this Policy.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

  4. **Agreement enforcement:** To investigate, prevent, or address violations of the Terms of Service, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, malicious refund requests, payment disputes, security incidents, or other misconduct, to payment processors, banks, card networks, anti-fraud providers, collection agencies, insurers, legal advisors, auditors, dispute resolution bodies, or competent authorities as necessary.
  5. **Business transfers:** In connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sales, business transfers, or similar transactions, to relevant counterparties, advisors, or successor entities.

6.4 Due to backups, caching, logs, asynchronous processing, and technical limitations, deleted information may not be immediately removed from all systems, but we will process it according to our internal procedures within a reasonable period.

Baeseek is operated by a Singapore company. Your information may be accessed, processed, or stored in Singapore, the United States, Europe, regions outside China, or other countries and territories depending on the locations of us, our affiliates, and our service providers.
